Paige Aubin
Paige Aubin has over 25 years in environmental, beginning in the auto industry working at General Motors Fisher Guide. She was a member of the outsourcing committee, assisting in the decommissioning of equipment and removal of universal waste prior to the plant closing. Since her time at GM she began a 20 year career in the environmental field as manager, estimator, project manager and operations manager overseeing daily projects and her crews. She’s managed crews of up to 100 laborers & million dollar projects.
In March 2014 she opened the doors of her company to become the CEO of Paige Construction, Inc.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mark Galdes
Mark Galdes began working with Paige Construction as an Estimator and Project manager in 2023. He is a Performance - oriented professional with 39 years of experience as a Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation Engineer within the Power Train Industry. Providing field service, maintenance, and project management to multiple vehicle manufacturers for their testing facilities. Marks hobbies consist of gardening, hiking, kayaking, golfing, biking, hunting, reading and photography. He hopes to use his diverse background of experiences to gain business for Paige in an exciting construction climate.

STRATEGIC ALLIANCE SPECIALIST
Sydney Balaguer
Sydney Balaguer, Strategic Alliance Specialist experience consists of customer service. She obtained her Associate’s Degree in Communications and plans to further her degree in Marketing. Sydney previously worked for the Walt Disney World Company developing excellent communication and customer service skills. She joined the Paige Construction team November 2022 and is charge of employee labor relations and social media. She hopes to strengthen communication with our customer base thus expanding opportunity for Paige Construction.

FINANCE MANAGER
Maximillian Thomas
Max Thomas assumed the role of Finance Manager at Paige Construction in September 2022 and swiftly took the helm of the company's financial operations by December of the same year. He earned his dual degree in Mathematics and Physics from King University, located in Bristol, Tennessee. Max's forte lies in pattern recognition within numbers, leveraging this skill to master various types of information and tasks. Beyond the office, Max channels his energy into coaching swimming at his local swim club and high school. His ambition is to elevate Paige Construction to the next level. He aims to do this by refining the company's digital systems, operational manuals, and general processes while continuing to provide effective financial management.

MARKETING MANAGER
Christina Groat
Christina Groat has over 20 years in marketing and graphic design in the architectural, engineering & construction industry. She is a veteran of creating and managing print and digital content to help build relationships for organizations and individuals. She specializes in logo design, branding, web design. She offers design services to businesses of all sizes around the world, ultimately improving their bottom line by crafting creative solutions to their business problems. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design Major) from Madonna University, located in Livonia, Michigan, maintaining Dean’s List High Honor status through her time there.
